Digital delivery and refunds

Last updated: 12 October 2026. This policy explains the current sales status and how an editable-file order is handled. A toolkit can be purchased only when its listing displays a Buy button.

Digital delivery

Toolkits are digital Word or Excel files. No physical goods are shipped. An available toolkit is delivered by a private download link after Airwallex confirms payment, on the confirmation page and by email to the address entered at checkout, usually immediately and within 1–7 calendar days if support intervention is needed. The link is valid for seven days and five downloads. Save the file promptly. If the email does not arrive, check spam and the address entered at checkout, then contact KSCSP with the order reference for a replacement link. No file is supplied merely because an order was started.

Problems and refund requests

If a buyer is charged twice, cannot access the purchased files or receives corrupted files, they can contact hello@kscsp.com with the order reference and the issue. We will check the payment and supply a working copy or arrange a refund where delivery cannot be completed. Other refund requests will be assessed against the product terms shown before payment and applicable law. Refunds, when due, will normally be sent back through the original payment method.

Tailored services

Custom documents and advisory work are quoted separately. Their scope, delivery and cancellation terms will be stated in the agreed proposal or engagement documents before payment. Contact us before paying if the scope or outcome is unclear.
